We are looking to recruit a Software Developer, ideally with a background in life sciences, to work with pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences industry clients. The first assignment will be at a pharmaceutical company in the Boston area.

Responsibilities include:

> Work closely with our customers to help identify and define their requirements.
> Help design and develop tailor made software solutions.
> Be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

> BS (min GPA 3.5) or MS or PhD ideally in a life sciences discipline, or a subject that requires an analytical approach (e.g. math, physics or engineering)
> Programming experience in one or more of the following: Java, C, C#, C++, .NET or Python
> 3-5 years of software development experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
> Excellent communication skills
