Clinipace Acquires Worldwide Clinical Research



November 12, 2009 | Clinipace has acquired Worldwide Clinical Research, a midwest-based CRO specializing in the management of clinical studies for biotechnology and pharma companies. The new company will be called Clinipace Worldwide. Combined, the companies has managed over 70 contract research projects conducted globally at almost 3,000 sites with 10,000 patients. The new company will have expertise in oncology among other therapeutic areas and will offer fully-integrated technology-based clinical research solutions and services to growth-oriented and mid-tier biopharmaceutical and medical device firms. Business Wire
