JAMA Waives Academic Review of Industry-Sponsored Trials
August 6, 2013 | The Journal of the American Medical Association has ended its policy of requiring clinical trials sponsored by industry to be reviewed by outside experts. JAMA's editor-in-chief said the policy change was due to advances in standards of clinical trial reporting and increased data transparency. American Medical News
